WHAT IS HABITAT FOR HUMANITY?
Hello and welcome to Habitat for Humanity (HFH), a committee under HOPE that is committed to helping families build and improve their homes. We strive to create safe and comfortable living areas for families in the Denton community. As we all know, there are numerous families suffering from homelessness. But with your help, we can change that! By volunteering with us, you'll have the power to make a difference. We offer multiple volunteering opportunities each month on Saturdays, where you can give back to the community. From rehabilitating homes to helping families move in, our volunteers will be providing much-needed assistance to those in need. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’re so excited to meet everyone and can’t wait to work with you all. Together, we can help families achieve their dreams of having a safe and comfortable place to call home.

Hi! My name is Vallerie, and I will be one of the committee heads for the 2023-2024 Habitat for Humanity. When I’m not studying, you can always find me munching on food, hanging out with my friends, watching tv shows, or randomly imitating minions. AYUSHMAN MALIK
Hey guys my name is Ayushman Mallik, and I will be one of the committee heads for Habitat of Humanity! My free time consists of a lot of very different things including playing basketball with my friends, solving my rubix cube (under 20 seconds btw), and just chilling out with friends. Another thing I like to do is eat, and my favorite snacks are nutella by itself and a box of cashews. Hopefully I’ll get to meet a lot of you, and you know where to reach me if you have questions.
