WHAT IS TEEN COURT?
Teen Court provides members of the TAMS community with opportunities to volunteer in person at the Denton Municipal Teen Court on the first and third Tuesday of every month. Volunteers can participate as attorneys or jury members in cases with other Denton teens.

If you're new to this, don't worry! Teen Court will also host regular workshops that will aim to teach our volunteers the ins and outs of this program so that they will be able to succeed in the courthouse.
If any of this sounds interesting to you at all, then consider joining Teen Court! By joining Teen Court, you are not only learning how to communicate and advocate for yourself and others, but also providing a great service to the city of Denton at large and gaining exposure to real-world situations.

DONOVAN ZHANG
Hello fellow TAMsters! My name is Donovan Zhang and I’m excited to be one of your Teen Court Committee Heads this year. I’m from Allen High School in (you guessed it) Allen and I am currently part of the CS track. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing games, and messing around with newfangled technology. Don’t be afraid to let me know if you have any questions about Teen Court or anything else and I look forward to meeting you all! Sparkle on and don’t forget to be yourself!
